Workshop with Otgo Waller
Date: Saturday, April 13th, 2024
Time: 16:00 - 17:30 hrs
This workshop is open for all levels, from beginners/enthusiasts to experienced athletes, dancers, aerial artists, instructors and performers.
Otgo Waller will be sharing with us the fundamentals of Contortion (backbends and splits), focusing on tight areas of each individual. At the end of the workshop the participants will be able to practice their chin stand with the help of the instructor.
Otgo Waller is a professional contortionist as well as the creator and owner of Flexible Body Art LLC™ ®-2016 technique and school.
After performing for many years, Otgo created her own training technique to help every individual become more flexible. Otgo has trained people of all ages and levels. Her most notable clients include Olympic athletes, top professional contortionist and circus artists, international high fashion models, competitive body builders, and national level ice skaters.

Annual Xmas Party

Choreography Workshops
1 day, 2 workshops of Exotic and Contemporary Poleography with experienced dancer, teacher and performer Sarah Dameh.
Sarah Dameh is currently a professional freelance dancer and choreographer. She started her dance training from the age of 5 in Cyprus, taking the annual RAD exams in ballet and further on the exams in the Vaganova system. In addition to ballet, she has also trained in contemporary and jazz.
After graduating school, Sarah moved to Greece, to continue her dance training at “Higher Education Professional Dance School Rallou Manou”, where she graduated with first class honours. During her studies there she became a member of the “Acrobatic Academy”, taking further interest in acrobatic and contortion training, as well as pole dance and hoop.
She became part of the 2020/21 cohort of contemporary ballet post-graduate dance company “Emergence” in Manchester, U.K., while simultaneously taking her Master’s in Dance Performance at the University of Salford, where she graduated with Distinction.
In 2022, she joined the dance company “Les Felines”, where she performed at Greece Got Talent as a finalist, and other theatrical performances in both Athens and Thessaloniki.
We are excited to have her at our studio this July, 29th 2023!
15:00 - 16:30 Exotic Style Choreography: Exotic choreography meant to tap in to your sexy and feminine side of dancing. The choreography will also include floorwork. Bring your kneepads and heels. Open for all levels.
17:00 - 18:30 Contemporary Poleography: Pole choreography based on contemporary technique and flow. Choreography will include tricks, combinations and working around the pole. Open for all levels.

0tgo Waller is a professional contortionist as well as the creator and owner of Flexible Body Art LLC ™️®️-2016 technique and school. Otgo grew up in Mongolia, and by 13 years old Otgo was one of the best contortionists in the world.
In 1980, Otgo graduated from the Mongolian State Circus, specializing in Contortion Art.Otgo was featured on various shows at the NBC, Discovery Channel, SyFy Network, PAX Network, MTV and E Network. She has also been a featured performer with Cirque du Soliel’s the NBA, NHL and NCAA halftime shows, and Britney Spears “MTV Video Music Awards.”
